Dr Frank Boateng
Dr Frank Boateng is Certified in Qualitative Risk Management, Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. He is a Chartered Public Administrator and a Chartered Management Consultant with the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants of Ghana.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors Ghana. Dr Boateng holds a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University in Minnesota USA and a Master of Philosophy in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester Business School in Leicester, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Accounting option from the Central University Business School in Ghana.
Dr Boateng has over 20 years experience from the Extractive Industry and has worked for Goldfields Ghana Ltd, Newmont Goldcorp, Kinross Chirano Gold Mines, and Adamus Resources Ltd. He occupied positions from Assistant Accountant, Senior Mine Accountant, Accounts Payables Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Financial Controller, Finance & Administration Manager, Commercial Manager, Country Managing Director and Group CEO. He serves as advisor and board member to boards in Ghana and United States of America.
Currently, Dr Boateng is a Faculty Member of the Faculty of Integrated Management Science at University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He is a Non-Executive Director of Ankobra West Rural Bank Ltd and an Associate Director at Brickwater Associates, a Firm of Chartered Accountants.
