Mrs. Sheila Noye has over 22 years of working experience as a Professional Teacher and Primary Education Management Expert.

Mrs. Sheila Noye currently works as a Special Education Teacher in a Therapeutic Day School at Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA. She also worked at Association International School in Ghana. She has worked on several projects in Ghana, among them is the Girls Education Program funded by the World University Service of Canada for the 3 Northern Regions in Ghana.

Mrs. Sheila Noye holds a MAT in Elementary Education from National -Louis University in Chicago, MA in Development Studies from the University of Ghana and B.Ed in Primary Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and Teacher Cert A from OLA Teacher Training College in Cape Coast Ghana.
